+ Solutions Engineer


As a talented Solutions Engineer based out of Wireless Registry's Washington, DC office, your desire to obtain a deep understanding of markets and solving customer problems drives your work. You work with customers and the product team to define requirements and develop new product prototypes and product features.

In this job, you work with our Sales and Business Development teams to develop solutions that delight our customers, and also play an important role in helping to maintain and improve WR’s Android SDK. You’ll also coordinate with client developers on integration, testing, and production deployment processes. When you’re not working with external customers, you’ll help write unit, device, and OS regression tests for SDKs as the scope of our libraries and our mobile device ecosystem continue to expand, and contribute to our overall product development efforts.


  • Work as part of the product team to develop product prototypes that solve market problems.
  • Work with Sales and Business Development to create and support product demonstrations.
  • Interpret and understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Guide our partner developers through various technical roadblocks during the SDK integration process.
  • Support the development and maintenance of our Android and iOS libraries in Android Studio and XCode.
  • Innovate and create as part of a dynamic team in a very new space.

General Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability building and managing relationships with with external partners and customers.
  • 5+ years experience working as a Sales Engineer/Technical Sales Rep.
  • 3+ years experience in Java.
  • Experience working in both native IDEs (Android Studio, XCode).
  • Experience with Kotlin, Swift, Objective-C, and Go preferred.
  • Familiarity with working in a test-driven development environment.
  • Self-motivated team player with an entrepreneurial, innovative mindset.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
